Appeals and Complaints Policy



American Dollhouse takes all content removal requests seriously. Please use the Contact form in the footer should you be the victim of, or come across content that you have personal knowledge of as constituting Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (including but not limited to such things as: revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation).

Any Content that reveals personally identifiable information (including but not limited to such things as: name, address, phone number, IP address)


All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days.

the decision within the next 24 hours The review process is the following:
1. Request documentation verifying the complaint is from the person(s) depicted or a legal authorized representative of the person(s).
2. Review all documentation, identification and relevant signed releases related to the content in question.
3. Review and discrepancies between content authorized to be released, circumstances of person(s).
4. We will have the administrative staff going over the complaint(s), and in accordance with the Terms and conditions decide the validity of the complaint. After the decision has been made, the user may appeal

The following outcomes during our investigation are possible:
1. Partially redacted content, I.e. personally identifiable information, changed names
2. Disqualification due to lack of supporting documentation, frivolous complaints by non involved parties, attempting to gain personal information illegally, attempting to anonymize complaint source, and other efforts to misuse this process.
3. Denied due to the existence of proper legal documentation, releases on file, and US 2257 documentation requirements.


When the decision is made, and if found valid, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content found will be removed
Any outcome can be appealed, and all appeals will be reviewed within seven (7) business days
The appeal process is as follows:

1. Party provides proper legal documentation and outlines the reason(s) and evidence for the appeal and proper point of contact
2. A neutral third party is selected to receive review all prior communication, documentation.
3. A decision is reached and agreed upon.
4. Should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.


Any misuse of this process, including impersonation, attempted information gathering, attempted cyber stalking, filing false reports, and harassment will prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
